I could do more of being true to myself and less of trying to please others. Personally, I don’t really care about clothes nor a lot of stuff people put a lot of emphasis on and like there can be this trying to appease or make sense to others. I think I could give myself more permission to make sense to me even if that is misunderstood by others.
I can definitely do more of being more present, slowing down, scheduling in downtime, and being in a noise-less silent and quiet environment. Our society is so full of noise, technology, and distractions, that it’s hard to mentally slow down. My brain is always working and never takes a break. Being off social media has helped. I can also do more of going outside – whether that’s nature walks, neighborhood walks, or even sitting outside on my backyard patio.
I can do less of going on my phone and looking at my financial spreadsheet.
More action and less inaction.
More time spent in the present and
less time spent elsewhere.
More contemplation and less
distraction.
More acceptance and less judgment.
More surrendering and less grasping.
My Ngoc, I’ve known over the years that you have troubles with concentration with tasks that require greater discipline but are hyper-focused on anything that’s fun. Great answer.

When you figure this out, please let me know.
More time slowing down and enjoying the moment, enjoying my son and the people in my life. Less time complaining, less stress, and less anger.
Less time on the internet.
More time in the present moment; make more time for fun.
Happy Holiday All…..❤️🌻🕊️
More: speaking kindly to myself, giving myself grace

Well said 🙏🏽
I could show kindness more. I could judge people less.
I can be in the present moment instead of living in my head
Jennifer, overthinking is easy to do. Many people have that habit. I’m one of them to a degree but less these days.
I feel enough the way I am.
Good balance! 😍
Thanks, my Ngoc.
More studies, less movies for the great outcome in this semester. ☺ ☺
