Calm and very focused. Many times there is no difference for me between the space I am in and other spaces…it is hard to put into words, but it seems like umm….eternity…just hard to write that feeling….there are no walls of difference…hard to write, and it doesn’t always happen, but when it does it is- timeless I guess is the best word.

I am in this body and the body is in the space where I’m present in a centred way and that the dimension of time is not or is less relevant

I feel generous when I’m truly present. I am giving of myself.

An area I’ve struggled with much of my adult-life. Anytime I would go on a vacation or trip, I would instantly begin to count down the days until the trip was over. Not because I wanted it to end, but because I was dreading the fact that the moment was going to be over with. Little did I know, I was robbing myself of enjoying that moment, by removing my present-self. When I am able to tap into this side, it feels cathartic at right. Worries are nothing more than that. My mind is able to enjoy and focus on what is in front of me, without the rumination or dread I create with worry.

Thank you for this insight. I’ve often felt this, but could quite put it to words.

Separation vanishes. “There” and “here” become indistinguishable. The energy bursts forth in every cell of being. Ecstasy wells up and spills over. Time transforms into timelessness where past, present and future are just now. There is an indescribable stillness that is pure Love. Realization dawns. It is a Homecoming. Mindfulness blossoms. A smile comes to the lips.

    It feels good!
Like I am aware and attuned to reality, to life,
like I am available to creation, to another, to deep self,
    to Spirit.

When i am present it feels amazing. I know i am fully engaged in the task i am doing. i know that if i make a mistake when i am present i can simply fix it even if it takes a little while to solve. xx

When I’m really, really, FULLY present I see things as if I’m seeing them for the first time, thus releasing joy that comes from discovering something new. It’s like the reaction a baby has when he/she is given a rattle.

Absolutely alive! Nothing else in my awareness except the person or activity in front of me.

When I am fully present, it takes on the flavours of the moment. That in turn means that I am experiencing things more deeply and fully, and that, in turn, means that time slows, and that in turn yet again, means that I am living life more fully and it is not going by in a whir, but instead is being savored.

When I’m fully present the action that I am engaged in feels effortless, in right order, and mine to experience.
