“The little things? The little moments? They aren’t little.” ~ Jon Kabat-Zinn

What does it mean to live each day with the recognition that the little things and the little moments aren’t actually little? How can we nurture a relationship to life that honors its subtleties?

If you’ve spent any time at all with us on our website, these sorts of questions may not be new to you, nor are they new to us. And yet, we find ourselves delightfully drawn again and again to such inquiry. This engagement continually reveals new possibilities, insights, and depths and reminds us about what matters.

In the spirit of such grateful inquiry, we invite you to join us for an 8-day practice as we seek inspiration in the words of wise others and engage with questions that challenge our habitual ways of seeing and being in the world.

This practice is inspired by the release of our first book: Everyday Gratitude: Inspiration for Living Life as a Gift.

Join us for Everyday Gratitude

Here is how the practice will work:

  • Beginning Saturday, April 28 and continuing for eight consecutive days you will receive an email with a link to a quote (from a diverse range of poets, novelists, naturalists, spiritual thinkers, and thought leaders from across centuries and around the globe), a related question, and a resource upon which to reflect.
  • The pages for each day’s quote/question will remain available to you after the practice, so you can revisit them at your leisure.
  • Once signed up, you will receive your first email on Saturday, April 28, 2018.
  • Registration will close on Friday, April 27, 5 p.m. ET.

OUR OFFICIAL REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. If you are interested in joining the practice, please email [email protected]

We hope that you will be able to join us for our practice of Everyday Gratitude, and we leave you with a page from the inspiration for this practice:
