I received hospitality and a place to stay for a few days surrounded by nature. I expressed my appreciation to those that put me up.

This morning, a beautiful female blackbird who was picking for worms right in front of me while silently sitting outside in the garden, the bird curiously approaching so that I could calmly observe her. It was an unexpected silent, friendly and curious encounter of both sides while friendly saying “hello” to each other. Such a warm beginning of the day!

My sweet Mistletoes, kitty extraordinaire. She looked up at me with doe eyes and she smiled at me in her advanced stage of Ill health telling me she was digging the music 🎶 as I danced. It was a magical moment. A hospice vet comes this Monday and she’ll cross over the rainbow bridge.

The newest addition to our at work. We’ve been struggling to get clients commit to signing work agreements. We admit we’re either don’t have the bandwidth to focus on sales, and/or sales isn’t our strongest skill set. The new guy – that’s all he does. He’s very effective. And has already hit the ground running. It’s been such a relief. A big weight has been lifted off our shoulders. I’m so grateful we found each other, and we’re helping each other reach our goals.

Here is one “who” and that “who” identefication is included in the “how”. The latter being a specific, all encompassing meditation.

    The Common Selfhood- Meditation

Breathe the light from a Golden equal sided triangle ( approx. 10 feet tall ) in front of you. In the place of your heart visualize a shining six-pointed star of golden light. Breathe deeply and see people all over the world … each one of them has a shining six-pointed star of golden light, the Christ-light, on his heart. Feel the beats of your heart … feel the beats of their hearts.

Breathe deeply … slowly, slowly the golden light from all the hearts becomes one … Christ is in each of us … and we are all one in Him.

Breathe deeply and concentrate on the triangle of golden light in front of you. With the golden light, create an upright triangle that rests on your shoulders and extends up over your head. Visualize a smaller upright triangle between your eyes, also of luminous golden light. Joshua, the gentle, loving King, is coming towards you. bend your head in reverence and receive His blessing. Can you feel His Love? The Wisdom and Purity radiating from Him?

Do you see the beauty of His face? His simplicity?

His presence gives you strength, peace, and faith. Look at Him .. hear Him … He is guiding you. Hold Him in your heart and learn.

Humbly give yourself to His service.

Breathe deeply and feel Joshua in your human form … His arms are in your arms … wings of golden light are embracing you … His heart is in your heart giving you the pulse of life. You are seeing the world through His beautiful soft green eyes … you are embracing the world through His hands.

His heart eases the pain, fear and suffering of all people. Every beat of your heart speaks of His Love for you, let it also speak of your love for all fellow human beings.

    He is asking you to “love one another, as l have loved you” (John 15:12). He never criticizes you … He only shows you the Way. . you have complete freedom … “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free ” (John 8:32}

See Him … He is smiling … He is pleased … His mission was not in vain. Watch Him return to from where He came. Yet, He remains in you always and forever.

Feel the beats of your heart again … feel the beats of the hearts of all other people. Feel their beats in the same rhythm as your own … and be one with one another always. . ”

“So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and everyone members one of another” (Rom. 12:5).

On this planet, as present-day personalities, we have to walk hand in hand on this beautiful but painful journey. See yourself as a separate personality again, yet connected to the whole of humanity. Feel your own heartbeat … breathe deeply .. balance your bodies. Slowly, slowly dissolve the pyramid.

Feel your material body again: your head … your chest … your abdomen.. your thighs .. and from your knees down to your toes.

My dear friend Juliet who sent me a note the other day, writing “You are not alone”. I was so touched, comforted & soothed by her thoughts. Her kindness & thoughtfulness made my day. I let her know how she touched my heart, in a phone call. ❤️🙏❤️

A friend I connected with again since COVID! It was like a reunion of sorts!
Last night while marching with the NoCo Gay Pride Youth, seeing all those parents and we who are allies, the police who were there to protect us, all the well wishers who applauded us as we walked by, the many, many people in their cars who honked and cheered us on, some even reaching out of their car seats and applauding…..I was overcome with emotion to see the response of many….they made my day!

Today’s Photo by Adelkazaika for the Word for the Day really made me smile first thing this morning. That pic really captures those cute little girls enjoying the beautiful wildflowers – love their smiles and laughter and pure enjoyment of what they’re doing:)

One of my best friends from public high school and university. after over a year and a half of separation due to covid lockdowns we were able to meet over lunch back at our home town. I am more aware to not take friendships granted and to cherish more the connections we all have with each other,

An officer made my day yesterday evening when he told me that no one was hurt in the accident near our house. My neighbor made my day yesterday as well when I told her how old I am, and she thought I was 10 years younger. I graciously thanked them both right away!

When Karel my husband passed away, I realized I was becoming the manager of a house. There is always something to do at the house. It must be kept up to date. I’m not that handy. Thera a two man who always say, “Ring the bell when you need me”. Last week, on the same day, my computer crashed and there was a leak in the bathroom. My neighbor came to see the leak and had a lot of work to fix it, and a friend got my computer right again. I am very grateful to these two men and they made my day. I was really distraught at first.

A number of people here, on this site, who checked in with me and shared with me their wisdom as I recover from one of my fairly infrequent back flair-ups that lays me flat-out for several days. Each of these friends, in their own particular way, have made my hours and my days, for which I am very grateful. I’m beginning to walk around the house forgetting to grab my walker or my cane as I leave one room for the other, which is always a sign of good progress! So, thank you, all, for your tender care. And how fortunate I am, that the body mends back to a more functional level!
