WHAT DO I KNOW FOR SURE?

I know for sure that I am loved, healthy , cared for, supported and purposeful. I know for sure that I am growing and healing everyday. I know that I love myself and that life is fulfilling. I know that nothing is perfect and that change is inevitable. I know that I help individuals daily. I know that I must love myself fully and first to live peacefully.

What I know for sure. I know that I never want to go back to jail. I know for sure life is hard but I can handle it without drugs. I know I dont want to let myself down or my family anymore. I know for sure that I’m going to do my best to stay sober and be a good likeable loveable responsible respectable caring kind god loving person. If I do make mistakes I will not let them defeat me and I will continue to strive for greatness.

There is a presence of heart that reveals/emerges with not knowing, a confidence and clarity to guide in these troubled times

that to be strong, you have to have the power to push away the insults of others. I also know that if you let insults rule your life, you will become like a skeleton, the only thing that will register is the insults

I know that I know very little about anything and what I don’t know grows larger every time that I learn something new. I also know that mystery is good for the soul.

Two things I know for sure are that I exist and that numerical rules never change. Almost everything else is a mystery, and that is okay because mystery makes life more interesting.

Be kind to all and everyone, including nature and animals. Everyone and everything can stumble. All creatures and humans need kindness to make it through. Don’t forget to be kind to yourself too.

    Love is the only way.
I have no control over most things. I can however, control how I respond to things.
The older I get, the less I know.
I love trees, especially the Redwoods.
    God is good. 🙏

I know that God has a plan for me and uses me to help others who struggle. I am used as a positive light to others so that they can feel like someone is there for them and can help them feel better about their life. I believe that that is my purpose in life.

I know that I am. I am here as a contingent being. I owe my being, ultimately, to Being itself, or God. And if I stop to contemplate, I can feel God hold me in being. I know that God, whose essence is existence itself, has no need of me or you. The state of my contingent being, therefore, is a mysterious gift for my benefit and the benefit of others.

I know for sure that I am love and was created by Love. I know that God is Love. I know that I am alive to share love and light, and that I still have a lot to learn.

I know for sure that I’m evolving. I know for sure I’m a mother and it’s one of the greatest miracles and treasures I good be blessed to have. I know for sure that there is much more to know. I know for sure I’m grateful for this 1st day of school as an educator into my 4th year and as a mother to my 2 oldest loves headed to 10th and 6th grade. I know for sure my morning walk this morning was special. I even came across a $2 bill.

That Life is a mystery; and that His Love belongs to this mystery, and that we all belong to this mystery and His Love. Not much more.

The older I get, the less I know for sure. But also the older I get, the less that the “I don’t knows” disturb me.

Not knowing, or not being certain, can be a good thing, a sign of an open mind, of listening, learning, observing with an open mind. However, we still need anchors for our lives so that we don’t feel tempest-tossed, such as love, a code of ethics, a purpose, ideas that help us to feel secure, and faith.

I know that I am alive, I am breathing, the sun rises and sets everyday. Most things are uncertain, particularly those things where we have no control of. All we can do is go with what happens both good and bad and ride the ebb of life keeping a spiritual thought that things will work out as they are meant to be

That I can’t outrun destiny. Destiny being determined by my own complex set of challenges and commensurate gifts to cope with them. That personal integrity is everything, and therefore having a clear set of values and a defined mission are critical. That love conquers all.
